Just Lovely!
As the day begins to climb Out of the excess
and into the ink press
She can spot a figure there; apologetically poised to kill;
all’s silent in the kitchen until
I don’t go if you don’t go
That’s all there is to know I don’t go if you don’t go
No No
“Where do you fit in?” she grins. Bomb after lip balm shakes in redemption.
As the day begins to cut just like a fog horn
She finds a reason to forgive
I don’t go if you don’t go
That’s all there is to know I don’t go if you don’t go
No No
Just lovely!
Show, show me, sugar bee.
I’d climb a mountain if I could but I can’t.
Three wishes I cannot grant
How could a queen love an ant?
This aint a song it’s a chant [and the monks say:]
I don’t go if you don’t go!
A smarter stupid.
That’s our cupid.
